Building Compassion and Support for Marriage Equality

Building compassion and support of more Latinos for marriage equality means engaging deeply and meaningfully in literally hundreds of thousands of conversations in a cultural context and in Spanish, as appropriate, to build support. That's exactly what Let California Ring will do with the help of Latino leaders. With significant investments in strategic message research targeted at key Latino demographics, Let California Ring will engage in strategically targeted public education by deploying broad-based media messaging alongside on-the-ground field canvassing and community advocacy work to identify and persuade those in the moveable middle.

Experienced Latino community leaders are committed to promoting long-term cultural change for the benefit of the LGBT members of our Latino community and their family and friends. We will be there to help establish and reinforce key partnerships with Latino stakeholders and institutions to help facilitate public education on the issues that matter to us and to ensure broad based support for these critical efforts. Indeed, it's the only way we're going to win back marriage equality.
